Heat pump capacity (kW) = (Annual heat demand in kWh) / (Full load hours)
The annual gas consumption (in kWh) represents the thermal energy used for heating. A heat pump running at full load delivers the same total heat over the year.

📌 Example: 12.000 kWh gas / 1.500 h = 8 kW heat pump. Always consult a heat pump installer for detailed design.
